Terms of Service

By accessing or using shadowcouncildojo.com (“the site”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must use the site lawfully and respectfully. If you are under the age required in your jurisdiction to enter binding agreements, you may use the site only with permission from a parent or guardian.

• Provide accurate information when creating or updating an account.
• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Notify moderators if you suspect unauthorized access through our Contact page.

The guild is a fighting-games community. You agree to follow our Code of Conduct: no harassment, hate speech, cheating, or toxicity at locals or online. Staff may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these standards.

You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, articles, guides, LFG posts, media, and similar). By posting, you grant Shadow Council Dojo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and moderate that content on the site and in guild channels where you choose to share it.

You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not infringe others' rights. We may remove content that violates these terms or community rules. You may request removal of your own content by contacting moderators.

Event listings may link to external registration platforms (start.gg, Challonge, venue sites, and similar). Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party platforms unless we explicitly state otherwise.

Leaderboards and LFG posts are community tools. Standings and matchmaking posts are informational unless an official tournament announcement says otherwise. Do not treat casual rankings as sanctioned esports results.

The Shadow Council Dojo name, branding, site design, and original site content (excluding user submissions) are owned by the guild or its licensors. Do not copy or misuse brand assets except as permitted on the site or with permission.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis as a community-operated resource. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free rankings, or complete accuracy of user-submitted content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shadow Council Dojo and its volunteers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site in the twelve months before the claim (typically zero for free community access).

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Code of Conduct.
